The ground floor storage rooms have a ceiling height of 4.8 metres allowing multiple racking systems for pallet operators. There is three-phase power and an individual grease trap. The unit has hot water storage & boosters for hot water cleaning of the unit.

The unit is clad with 75m insulated aluminium panels suitable for food production and cool rooms and has an internal drainage system incorporated into the suspended concrete floor. The refrigeration allows a constant temperature from as low as minus one (-1) degrees centigrade.
