The site is improved with a modern, freestanding office and warehouse with a gross floor area of approximately 939 square metres. This includes 67 square metres of well-appointed air-conditioned offices and 872 square metres of clear span warehouse. The warehouse has extra high clearance of between 8.1 and 9.4 metres. The majority of the site is sealed with concrete hardstand with the balance being gravel road base.
